I just bought a new-to-me 2018 X750 with 255 hours. The mower is in good shape, but I cannot get the suspension underneath the seat to move up/down. I have even stood and bounced on the suspension and it will not move at all. I weigh 210 lbs. It looks really clean under there. Please help.

Hit these pivots with some penetrating oil and try to work it up and down.

What he said. I just had a customer with this same issue — he swore the springs I sold him were not replaceable. Well, those pivots were rusted solid on his seat so it would not raise up even when the pivot stop bolts were removed.

Yep, lube the pivot points as mentioned, then tap on the pivot points with a brass punch. Lube and repeat. It will eventually break free, just might take a bit.
